The generosity of AAUW members and their enthusiasm for supporting our next generation of emerging leaders for equity has allowed us to fund ALL nine (9) of the candidates submitted by our Wisconsin Branches for the National Conference for College Women Student Leaders (NCCWSL)!! In addition eleven (11) Afghan Refugees currently enrolled at Universities, expressing interest in participating in the conference have been funded as well! Special thanks to the Northwoods, Fort Atkinson and Tomah Branches for their significant contributions. National AAUW scholarships funded five (5) of the Afghan women. This is a total of 25 recipients!!
